All pieces are locally produced in the USA, Europe, UK, or Australia and dispatched within 1–4 days of your order. Once shipped, they are transferred to your country’s postal service or courier for delivery.
Shipping is free on all orders, and the price you see at checkout already includes all duties and taxes — no hidden fees on arrival.
Most items are shipped with tracking, though this can vary depending on the destination country. You’ll receive an email once your item has been dispatched, along with tracking details if available so you can follow your order along the way.

Returns
We take great care in packaging and shipping your artwork, but if your piece arrives damaged or if there’s any issue with your order, we’ll make it right.
Please email us at hello@subtropicart.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Our team will review the issue promptly and arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Change of Mind
Because our artworks are custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose your artwork, frame, and size carefully before placing an order.
