Shipping

All pieces are locally produced in Melbourne Australia and dispatched within a couple of days. Once dispatched delivery may take up to a week depending on your location.

Shipping is free on all orders, and the price you see at checkout already includes all costs — no hidden fees on arrival.

All items are shipped with tracking, you will receive an email once your item has been dispatched, along with tracking details so you can follow your order along the way.

We also ship internationally to the USA, Europe, and the UK through an affiliate print network. Simply change your country from the menu and your price will be updated including shipping. If you live outside these areas, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

We take great care in packaging and shipping your artwork, but if your piece arrives damaged or if there’s any issue with your order, we’ll make it right.

Please email us at hello@subtropicart.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue promptly and arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Because our artworks are custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose your artwork, frame, and size carefully before placing an order.
